All packages will be shipped with insurance.
Daily processing of orders ends at 10:00 am EST. Orders in after that time will be processed the next day. While we push to get all processed orders out each day there are exceptions on heavy processing days. Postal orders ship within 48 hours due to the time in which USPS picks up our packages each day.
There will be a 30% restocking fee for all returns.
Store credit will be provided for the returned item.
We will accept product returns 14 days from the date of shipment.
You must email us at service@bayousome.com for an RMA number prior to returning any merchandise. RMA's are only good for 7 business days, so be sure to ship the product right away.
If the wrong item was sent in your package, or something is missing and the package does not appear to have been damaged or pilfered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
If your package shows damage, please contact the shipping carrier for damage claims. (Save all packing until the claims adjuster has contacted you and inspected the damage.)
Bottles and jars made from PET plastic often get scuffs and scratches during shipping. This even occurs during shipping from a manufacturer to our warehouse. Due to the nature of PET plastic, it is nearly impossible to ship products made of PET without getting scuffs or scratches. We have found that most customers can cover scuffs with labels or other forms of custom decoration, and once filled with product, most scuffs and scratches become invisible. Please be advised that PET plastic is susceptible to these markings.
BayouSome.com is not responsible for the products you create, using our products. You should always test your product before selling to your customers.
All orders outside the US will be charged an additional $8.00 processing fee. This is due in part to all the customs paperwork that must be completed in order to ship the order, as well as additional charges we receive for processing international credit cards.
There will be a $5.00 paperwork fee to use your shipping account to ship an order. This is mainly due to the fact that we do not have accounts with all carriers, and it requires extra time on our part to make this happen.
All sales of Fragrance Oil are final.
All sales of BayouLock Seals are final.
BayouSome.com is not responsible for late deliveries. BayouSome.com will get your order out the door as quickly as possible, but we have no control over ground shipping times. Please make sure you order in time for your needs.
Prices on the web site are good only on items currently in stock. You will be notified if there are any issues with out of stock items.
