The Purchaser recognizes that it is the Purchaser's responsibility to determine the function of the package for their particular product due to their knowledge of such matters as:

1) Product formulation
2) Intended end use of the package
3) Filling, packing and other manufacturing operations to be utilized as well as process variations inherent in larger scale production scenarios
4) Warehousing and shipping conditions of the finished product
5) The method of merchandising the filled package, including such things as handling and shelf life

We specifically caution the Purchaser that not all products are compatible with all propel/repel containers and production scale trials may be necessary to fully understand finished product characteristics.
